How long does a typical project take?

Marketing websites: 4-6 weeks. Web applications: 8-16 weeks. Complex platforms and healthcare systems: 3-6 months. We provide a specific timeline estimate in your proposal before starting, and we hit it. Rush timelines are available with a multiplier.

Do you work with businesses outside Utah?

Yes. About 60% of our clients are outside Utah. We work remotely with clients across the US. Our process, discovery calls, weekly check-ins, and shared progress visibility, works the same whether you are in Salt Lake City or Miami.

What technology do you use?

React, Tailwind CSS, Node.js, Deno, and the Base44 platform for backend infrastructure. We choose tools based on project needs, not trends. The right tool is whatever solves your problem reliably and is maintainable long-term.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance?

Yes. We offer retainer packages for hosting, updates, security monitoring, and feature additions starting at $500/month. Most clients start with a fixed project and move to a retainer after launch. You also own your code, you can bring in any developer to maintain it.

Can you rebuild my existing website?

Yes. We regularly migrate and rebuild sites from WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, and custom legacy systems. We preserve your SEO equity with proper redirects, migrate your content, and rebuild on modern, fast infrastructure. Most rebuilds also fix the performance and conversion problems the old site had.

Every site we build includes on-page SEO fundamentals: structured data, meta tags, Core Web Vitals optimization, and semantic HTML. What does your process look like?

Discovery call to understand the problem, written scope document with deliverables and timeline, fixed-price quote, design and build sprints with bi-weekly check-ins, client review and revisions, launch with testing, and 30 days of post-launch support. You work directly with our founder throughout.

Who will I work with?

You work directly with our founder, John Ramsay, throughout the project. No account managers, no project coordinators, no handoffs to a junior team. The person who scopes your project is the person who oversees the build. That is how we maintain quality and avoid the communication breakdowns that kill projects.

What if I need changes after launch?

Minor adjustments within the first 30 days are included at no extra cost. After that, changes are billed hourly or covered by a retainer if you have one. You own your code and can bring in any developer, you are never locked in to us for maintenance.
