Our Methodology
Hand it over.
We will handle it.
We understand your problem first, design a solution with you, build it in sprints, and stay embedded until it is working in the real world. You keep momentum. We carry the weight.

What Happens
You'll Receive
For a tattoo studio network, we discovered they were tracking consent forms manually across 4 locations and re-entering client medical history on every visit. That single insight drove the entire technical approach.
How This Works
You'll never be in the dark.
Regular Check-Ins
We stay in consistent communication throughout every project. You always know what's in progress, what's been completed, and what decisions are needed, without having to chase anyone down for an update.
Direct access. No middlemen. No hand-offs.
Progress Reviews
At each milestone, we walk you through what we've built, working features, not decks or mockups. You see real progress, give real feedback, and we adjust before moving forward. Nothing ships until you've seen it.
You approve before we move to the next phase.
Always Reachable
Questions don't wait for scheduled meetings. We stay reachable between milestones so decisions happen fast and nothing stalls. When you need a quick answer or a fast judgment call, you get one.
No radio silence. No waiting. No bottlenecks.
What We Need From You
What we'll need from you.
We carry the build, but the best projects are a two-way conversation. Here's the light lift we'll ask of you at each stage:
Discovery Phase
- 2-3 hours of your time for initial interviews (you describe the problem, workflows, and pain points)
- Access to your systems (we may need to see how you currently operate)
- Key stakeholder availability (decision-maker usually + 1-2 operational team members)
Design Phase
- Review design mockups and provide feedback (2 rounds, usually)
- Sign off on architecture before we start building
- Be available for 1-2 decision calls if technical questions come up
Build Phase
- Join weekly syncs (30 min) + Friday demos (45 min)
- Review features in staging before they go live
- Prioritize what features to build next
- Provide feedback or test data if we ask for it
Launch Phase
- Availability for training (usually 2-4 hours for your team)
- Designate a point person who knows the system deeply (we train them first, they train others)
- Test the system in production with real workflows before full launch
- Be available daily for the first 2 weeks post-launch (for quick questions/optimizations)
One thing to know upfront
The projects that move fastest are the ones where decisions happen quickly. We'll keep things moving on our end, but when we need input, fast answers help us keep your timeline intact. We make it easy. We just need you reachable.
The Bridge
Strategy and execution aren't separate things here.
By week 2 of discovery, we hand you a Scoping Document. It's not a 100-page spec, it's 5-8 pages that answer the questions that actually matter:
- What's the problem we're solving?
- What does "success" look like after launch?
- What systems need to integrate?
- What are the 3 biggest risks?
- How long will this take (realistic)
- How much will this cost (fixed)
You approve it before we build anything. Everything that follows is tied to this document. No surprises, no scope creep, no mystery invoices.
Real Example: Tattoo EMR
The Problem
Paper intake across 4 locations. Consent forms not stored. No client history visibility.
Success Looks Like
100% digital intake. Cross-location client records. Timestamped consent archival.
Timeline & Budget
12 weeks. $X (fixed). Built that. Delivered that.
For Long-Term Partners
What it looks like when we become part of your team.
Typical Retainer Structure
You bring us on monthly (usually $8K-25K depending on scope). We're embedded, not a vendor you check in with. Here's what that actually includes:
Every Sprint (2 Weeks)
- New features or improvements (you prioritize)
- Bug fixes and optimization
- Friday demo (you review and approve)
- Next sprint planned based on your priorities
Every Month
- Performance review (KPIs, user metrics)
- Analytics report (what's working, what isn't)
- Optimization recommendations
- Sync call: strategy and roadmap alignment
Every Quarter
- 90-day roadmap planning
- Technical deep dive (infrastructure, security)
- Strategic review (business goals ↔ product evolution)
- Priority setting for next quarter
Ongoing
- Proactive monitoring (we catch issues)
- Infrastructure scaling (before you hit limits)
- Security patches and audits
- Knowledge transfer (your team gets stronger)
The short version: You're not buying hours. You're getting a team that knows your business, cares about your outcomes, and proactively makes things better, without you having to push for it.
Guaranteed Outcomes
What you can count on. Every engagement.
You know what you are paying for before we start.
Two weeks of discovery before a single line of code. Fixed budget. Real timeline. No ambiguity. You will have a written scope that lays it all out.
Real progress, every two weeks.
Every sprint ships working features you can review, test, and approve. You are not waiting until the end to see what you are getting.
Decisions happen fast. Without bottlenecks.
Weekly syncs. Fast feedback. When something needs a call, we make the call. We keep things moving so the project does not stall on your side.
Nothing goes live until it has been tested.
Staging environment, full QA, performance review. We do not push untested code to production. When it goes live, it is ready.
We stay in it for four weeks after launch.
We monitor daily, fix anything that comes up, train your team, and optimize based on how you actually use it. Not how we assumed you would.
You will always know what is happening.
Weekly syncs. Friday demos. A shared priority list you can see. Direct access to whoever is building. No chasing status updates.
